Christine, you remember previously the fried koay tiao stall was managed by a man and a lady. The best char koay tiao ever!!!!!! But now took over by a lady. I tried once and never order since. I still cannot get any nice ones. Any recoomendation?

I prefer Chee chong fun with the curry chicken and the price is reasonable too. Last time I remember was MYR3 to MYR4 but now after petrol prices increase, not sure. But the real challenge is what to eat because I cannot eat everything at one go.

don't forget the hor fun soup, really tasty with tender pig intestines and pig blood (optional), and the sesame roasted chicken rice is worth a mention too! the chee cheong fun with peanut sauce a'la penang style is my favourite.

Hi! I've removed the duplicate reviews.
For location, can you put eg. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia?
Looking forward to more reviews from Malaysia from you :)
Thanks

Hi, saw that you've tried the Ayam Penyet Ria too, so which is better?

I've never been to Chinatown food centre or Albert Street Temporary food centre so can't compare. Yup, it's "song fish head" steam with tau see style, and I love the pork lard on it, very crispy. ^o^

How is the fish steam head compared to the ones at Chinatown food centre or there's another stall in Albert Street Temporary food centre? The steam fish head is "song fish head" steam with tau see style?

I went to the tony roma's in singapore suntec city, the ribs is very nice & tender and the chocolate dessert is sinful! Dun like the corn soup though.

Yup, the roast pork is super nice, & it sold out very fast, the lunch hour is 1130am to 230pm and the roast pork sold out at around 1pm.

Overall plus the cendol. I like the sauce but the crushed peanuts spoiled it and the fried stuffs too plain.

Why the food rating is only 2 stars if it's nearly the best mee rebus you've tried?
