I don't think she meant it rare as in totally uncooked. Its very unhygenic to eat it that way. I've eaten at mortons a couple of times. Lobster definitely not the best. You should try Inagiku =)

and they will bring the tray of raw meat to you whenever you order, not only when you cant decide. thats service man! next time try their lobster, its really good. i daresay the best in sg!

Should have ordered the double fillet mignon or double porterhouse. Its in a class of its own. And rare steak is very common. Used to eat my steak rare when I was overseas =)

It was actually the supervisor that tell the staffs to tell my brother that there is corkage charge initially, but dun know later why he change his mind and come to tell us that he will waived off for us.
We did got a $10 voucher but it was because my hubby pay by citibank card, but we may not visit there again cos it will remind me of the unhappiness.

Oh ya, forgot to mention that they actually give 1 more free chocolate cake for my friend's birthday, so total we had 2 chocolate cake! So next time if you are celebrating your birthday there, dun need to order the chocolate cake, they will give free 1 and sing the birthday song for you too! :)

I also prefer my salmon and tuna raw & my favourite type of salmon is actually smoked salmon, but some places they only served them cooked so the only way is to ask them to be medium done. :)
