Been there a few times and is one of my favourite steak place. The steak are nice and tender and their cream spinach is superb too. Their price has gone up over the years but it still a nice place to go to especially on special occasion like birthday. If you inform them that there is a birthday gal/boy among you, they will bring out a complimentary cake and sing a birthday song for you too!

The complimentary birthday cake is not the normal whole cake or 1 slice of cake, it's more like a smash cake, size around 1 slice of cake, very soft and fluffy, good enough to share among 2-3 pax after the heavy meal.

That's why she say go on special occasion... like please ya date... or on ya other half birthday... well... if ya factor a complementary cake, maybe not as bad... :)

They have different types of cut to choose from, the one I have in the picture is the smallest size, california cut, if you like to eat more can order the bigger cut.
Normally we'll order california cut, it comes with spinning salad, mashed potato & yorkshire pudding, top up with a cream spinach, even my guy friends find it very filling too. Per pax pay around $70. You can check out their actual pricing at their website.

Is the portion as large at Morton's? And how's the price like?

Morton's steak is more beefy, their NY steak is very nice but their Australia steak has a very strong taste and quite tough. If you prefer to eat thicker & more texture steak morton's will be nicer, but if you like more tender steak Lawry's will be nicer.

I've never been to Chinatown food centre or Albert Street Temporary food centre so can't compare. Yup, it's "song fish head" steam with tau see style, and I love the pork lard on it, very crispy. ^o^

How is the fish steam head compared to the ones at Chinatown food centre or there's another stall in Albert Street Temporary food centre? The steam fish head is "song fish head" steam with tau see style?

I went to the tony roma's in singapore suntec city, the ribs is very nice & tender and the chocolate dessert is sinful! Dun like the corn soup though.

Overall plus the cendol. I like the sauce but the crushed peanuts spoiled it and the fried stuffs too plain.
