Tucked in a coffee shop, where one probably would not notice, this western food stall resides beside the famous Tai Hua bak chor mee. At most coffee shop or hawker center food, you usually get your usual chicken chop, pork chop, chicken cutlet, lamp chop, etc. While this place seems to serve western food like those you might find in a restaurant. So far, I've never seen bbq pork ribs found in ya usual coffee shop except those higher end ones like Astons or Botak Jones. While the menu seems a bit "upmarket", but the price is all really coffee shop or hawker center prices like around $6+ or less.
When I pass by here 2 nights back, this place was quite crowded. However, when I was there around 6+ today, it was still quite empty. As there's quite a lot of things I wanted to try, I decide to settle for the pork ribs ($6.50).
The ribs was served pretty fast and for that price, I actually got quite a decent piece of pork ribs, some fries, a slice of bread and some vege. The pork ribs is very tasty and really very tender. The "soft bones" on the ribs have also become so soft that one would have not problem eating them as well!
For this price, I think this is one of the better western food stall out there. The western food stall here is more western or restaurant style and personally, I feel the food deserves a 3.5 star and is definitely value for money.

Came here again for dinner today. The last time I was here, I ordered the pork ribs. This time round, decided to check out their mix grill ($7.50), while my friend ordered the Happy Chef Chicken ($5.50).
I find the mutton is a bit dry, some some parts of the pork as well. The chicken was not bad. The portion is quite big too. Overall, the food served would probably be nicer if it was hotter.
Nevertheless, the food here is pretty decent, and reasonably priced too, considering the portion.

yes...in terms of food quality, I think Happy Chef is better I believe (based on the ribs I've tried). But I think Happy Chef is also pricier than Wow Wow West too. Happy Chef is probably somewhere in btw the higher ends like e.Blackboard and your typical coffee shop / hawker centre western food like Wow Wow West, not too expensive and better quality. Since both are not near each other, so I guess depend where you are, both are pretty decent :)

I've never been to Chinatown food centre or Albert Street Temporary food centre so can't compare. Yup, it's "song fish head" steam with tau see style, and I love the pork lard on it, very crispy. ^o^

How is the fish steam head compared to the ones at Chinatown food centre or there's another stall in Albert Street Temporary food centre? The steam fish head is "song fish head" steam with tau see style?

Overall plus the cendol. I like the sauce but the crushed peanuts spoiled it and the fried stuffs too plain.
