Creation Cafe @ Shaw Leisure Gallery
had dinner at Creation today. Years ago, my friend introduced this pasta restaurant to me which serves pretty good pastas...so today i brought my friends here to check it out and hope they will like it too...
we decided on 3 different sauces which were recommended by the guy (i assuming is the shop owner?):seafood spicy crabmeat, seafood thai and seafood laksa..ordered the dinner set ($15.20) which comes with soup, drink and dessert....for my seafood spicy crabmeat, there will be an additional $2.30. As for my pasta, i chose the ravioli mushroom, something that i rarely found elsewhere...that is another additional $4 bucks..
the soup of the day was broccoli soup, not bad but was lukewarm..minus point! when our pastas came, i was surprised to see that my pasta had a crab claw and a small leg (now that explains the additional $2.30 that i have to fork out), and the dish smelt like curry crab...it was pretty good, and as usual, the ravioli never fails me....
tried the laksa pasta...and geeezz...that is a fusion of laksa and pasta! din know laksa can be mixed with pasta to form cream pasta!
finally it was dessert time, i liked my apple crumble with ice cream...friends ate the brownie with ice cream...
all in all, good pasta at a reasonable price with no gst or service charges...so you can spend that extra on a dessert!

Hi, saw that you've tried the Ayam Penyet Ria too, so which is better?

I've never been to Chinatown food centre or Albert Street Temporary food centre so can't compare. Yup, it's "song fish head" steam with tau see style, and I love the pork lard on it, very crispy. ^o^

How is the fish steam head compared to the ones at Chinatown food centre or there's another stall in Albert Street Temporary food centre? The steam fish head is "song fish head" steam with tau see style?

I went to the tony roma's in singapore suntec city, the ribs is very nice & tender and the chocolate dessert is sinful! Dun like the corn soup though.

Yup, the roast pork is super nice, & it sold out very fast, the lunch hour is 1130am to 230pm and the roast pork sold out at around 1pm.

Overall plus the cendol. I like the sauce but the crushed peanuts spoiled it and the fried stuffs too plain.
