muahah..change of chefs perhaps....saw those notices at the entrance advertising for cook and cook assistant or something...now that you mentioned it, i realised the difference is more than that! the sweet potato was different too!the first time when i ate it, it was pretty good...the 2nd time round the potato seems harder :S

Came here for dessert after our dinner today. When we arrived, there was a queue outside with 2 - 3 groups in front of us. Took about 15min (i estimate but did not really time) before we got our seat. My friend ordered the caramel coated sweet potato with ice cream, while I ordered this soft cream (sundae) with green tea, red bean and sweet potato ($8.80).
For the caramel coated sweet potato, I dun quite like the caramel sauce when eaten with the fried rice cake (like nian gao) that came with it, though the sweet potato was not bad, only thing is just not used to eating sweet potato skin :P
As for my sundae, the green tea sundae and red bean is normal, while the bottom came with some sweet potato (if not wrong), did not taste that nice initially when eaten on its own, but actually taste very good when eating with the sweet red bean and the ice cream.
Overall, one is so spoilt for choice with the dessert selection here, when everything looks fantastic! :P If only I dun have to watch my BMI, I would have skip dinner and just help myself with just the desserts here :P (did I say I had a sweet tooths? :) )
