I've been to the super sunday brunch at Avanti several times, and here's the reasons I think you should too!
1. Fresh and tasty appetisers, salads, antipasta and deserts buffet spread.
2. Choice of main course prepared to order.
3. Bottomless beer and cuppucino/latte/expresso.
4. Bottomless bowl of fresh strawberries.
5. Live piano performance.
6. Wonderfully attentive and non obstrusive service.
7. Great ambience.
8. Great value at RM66++ per pax, half price for children.
9. 50% DISCOUNT FOR HSBC CARDHOLDERS TILL END OCTOBER 2008.

havent been there in a long time. But to me, the fresh oysters were the main reason to go for it.
For RM66 its not so bad..

They used to have very nice pan fry foe gras, but once we are there with a big group of 20 peoples, we found a pen cap in the foe gras... emm... how you thinkg?? :P

It's actually RM38 after tax and service charge.
I just had buffet lunch at Sun & Surf Restaurant at the same hotel today, good value too at 50% discount for Citibank cardholders for weekdays! Works out to be RM30 nett per pax.

I've never been to Chinatown food centre or Albert Street Temporary food centre so can't compare. Yup, it's "song fish head" steam with tau see style, and I love the pork lard on it, very crispy. ^o^

I went to the tony roma's in singapore suntec city, the ribs is very nice & tender and the chocolate dessert is sinful! Dun like the corn soup though.

Yup, the roast pork is super nice, & it sold out very fast, the lunch hour is 1130am to 230pm and the roast pork sold out at around 1pm.

Overall plus the cendol. I like the sauce but the crushed peanuts spoiled it and the fried stuffs too plain.
