    The paella at Ambush Takashimaya was not what I expected. Maybe it is Singapore-style for paella in the west is not tomato-based and hence tastes and looks different being of a yellow/orange hue. One piece of mussels had shrunk and was not fresh. Maybe they should just stick to Italian cuisine.

    Hehe, garlic bread is a sure winner for this place. I like their Oligo Oligo, not too oily and the pasta always come out al dente...

    I got small pieces of clam in my clam chowder, not big pieces though. As for the crayfish, both this and Pasta Cafe, the clayfish aren't very big, and the meat is just so so...but I tot it was slightly (very slight) better than the crayfish in my seafood pasta at Pasta Cafe the previous week.

    I had the slipper lobster, but mine didn't seem that fresh. Could tell that the meat wasn't as succulent as I wished it would be. The clam chowder taste good, but didn't really eat any clam or maybe it's because it's too small. But garlic bread is superb because it's done on a foccacia bread....very delicious!
